Enrolment and Cancellation

ENROLMENT:

Enrolment will only be accepted for a class if accompanied with an agreed deposit or full payment.

Dogs that are showing signs of social problems will be assessed prior to enrollment in a class. At this private session Jenny will assess that dog and give advice on the most suitable training option.

If a group class is the best option then a half deposit will be required. Jenny will also need to site the dog’s vaccination certificate.

Balance of payment for Pet Dog Classes is required at the first session.

Payment for Private Consultations is required in advance or at the time of the consultation.

Payment may be made by cash or EFT.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received less than 7 days before commencement date will not receive a refund.

No refunds will be given once the course has commenced.

Transfers to another class are NOT available.

Full payment for private consultations is required if cancellation is made less than 4 hours in advance.
